What kind of paper do you use for your products?

Our products use Premium High Quality Glossy Paper ranging from 113 GSM for wrapping papers, tags, and 280 GSM for note cards. 

What are bundles?

This Charmed Life offers bundles, you can choose a set from the same design range or mix it up!. Pick and choose from our different bundle options.

How and Where are your products printed?

All our products are locally produced and printed.  Most of our designs are done here in Australia with some help from our global design team.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed it is final. However If you have made a mistake on your order, we will do what we can to rectify it (once only), if you notify us by email within 6 hours of the order being placed.

 

We will always do what we can to cater for adjustments and changes to an item before it ships out from the office, but once an order has been placed, we are not able to guarantee that changes can be made.

 

This also means we are unable to offer returns and refunds for personalised products which have been received as ordered, without any significant faults, as stated in our terms and conditions.
